We are pleased to welcome patients to a special Patient Day on 20 November 2021!

About the Patient Day
The Patient Day is organised by the ILF in collaboration with the Danish Lymphoedema Framework and the Danish lymphoedema patient organisation DALYFO.
The Patient Day takes places on 20 November 2021 at Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport as a part of the International Lymphoedema Framework Conference 2021.
Patients are welcomed by representatives from DALYFO who are present and available for your assistance throughout the day. The programme is specially aimed at patients with lymphoedema and related disorders such as lipoedema. A number of international and Danish experts and patient representatives are presenting their knowledge and recent studies along with lymphoedema stories told by other patients. During the "Meet an Expert" session, you are invited to ask your own questions and have an instant answer from one of the lymphoedema experts in the panel.
The Patient Day is a great opportunity - not only to get updated on the latest knowledge about lymphoedema, treatment and self-management and many other topics - it is furthermore your chance to meet and network with other patients gathered in Copenhagen.

ILF Run & Yoga Around the globe
Wanna exercise with us? Start your Patient Day experience with a run or a yoga class!
Everyone knows how important exercise is in the treatment of lymphoedema and lipoedema and how great it is to move together in a fantastic environment!
Medi (gold sponsor) will organise a sportive walk/run and yoga to promote exercise. The start is at 7:30 am on Saturday morning and the registration fee is 10 EUR. All the money go towards benefiting delegates from developing countries attending future ILF conferences. Don’t hesitate and join! It is not about who is the fastest or best, but who is willing to participate!
